Thank you so much for this site!!! I’ve had so much fun poking around. I just wish Flashplayer would work better. Keeps crashing under Linux. I don’t know how to fix it. Movies always crash just once — I re-start it, and it’s fine.
What a gold mine of old gems here — even the turkeys are fun to watch! Once again, thank you!
You might want to try using Google Chrome (not Chromium) with linux. Get the real deal from Google. It has flash built in and I think it’s a little more stable than Firefox with apache plugin. I use linux a lot. Memory is likely to be an issue too.. even with linux… Try cutting down the number of browser windows and only one flash rich site at a time. It seems like if you get more than a few instances of flash going, you’ll crash. Unfortunately, that’s flash advertising included, so you can get a lot of flash players going without really realizing it.
Flash for linux isn’t perfect, but I find it stable enough to use.
I have been using Ubuntu 11 and Debian 6 lately. Chrome is the best browser.
Thanks again, Kevin for such a great site. Brings back loads of memories. I’v been watching the DANGEROUS ASSIGNMENT series (listened to the radio programs on an Old Time Radio site). Very intelligent, reminded me of the old British Danger Man series with Patrick McGooghan (I think it was Sercret Agent Man in the States?).
Thanks again. Best Wishes for 2012!

This blog is Debian 6 with lighttpd (no apache2).

I have more of those, so I’ll post them this week. Happy New Year.
Great site, nice collection of classic films! It would be great if you could add ROKU code.
